Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales force within their geographic region, driving results and accelerating performance. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, while analyzing market data to shape strategy and tactics.

Strong leadership, communication and a patient-focused approach are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and substantial pharmaceutical sales experience, with frontline sales management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience (or equivalent HQ experience) required.
• 2 years front-line pharmaceutical sales management strongly preferred.
• Record of achieving goals and coaching/developing teams required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and take accountability for delivering results within their region.
• Identify, recruit, and retain top talent for their sales team.
• Coach and develop team (selling skills, business/territory acumen, planning & analysis, account management).
• Gather/analyze market, region, competitive, and performance trend data to inform planning, strategy, tactics, and team development.
• Translate organizational commercial strategy into clear tactics and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and hold team accountable for doing the same.
