You will access a diverse hybrids portfolio, recruit and coach a network of professional resellers, and apply consultative selling techniques to build strong customer relationships.

Your role includes delivering targeted plans, educating customers on Syngenta solutions, and managing district budgets within guidelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership, agriculture sales preferred
• Strong customer focus with proven sales and negotiation skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide access to a broad portfolio of hybrids
• Recruit, develop and manage a team of professional resellers
• Consultative selling with customers and channel partners
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers
• Educate customers on Syngenta products and solutions
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement
• Manage district budget, expenses and marketing funds
• Develop territory business and Seed Advisor plans
