• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Four to seven years of sales experience with proactive growth.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience required; other CRM ok with discipline.

• Prospect and develop new accounts across the Northwest territory.
• Own the full sales cycle: qualification, quoting, negotiation, closing.
• Maintain Salesforce data for accurate territory reporting.
• Conduct in person and virtual visits to hospitals and centers.
• Partner with specialists and service teams for demos and installations.
• Monitor competitive activity and guide pricing strategy.
• Represent Capintec at regional events and meetings.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
