Job summary

Capntec is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow domestic NucMed product and service sales across the Northwest territory.

You will own the full sales cycle, prospect, qualify leads, quote, negotiate, and close, while traveling to hospitals, imaging centers, and radiopharmacies; partner with service teams for demonstrations, installations, and post-sale support; keep Salesforce updated; and strive to exceed quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of sales experience with proactive new business generation.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience required.
• CRM platform experience beyond Salesforce considered.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prospect and build a sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel within the Northwest region as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience selling capital equipment or medical device solutions preferred.
• Background in nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, or medical imaging a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, cold call, and develop new accounts in the Northwest for Capintec dose calibrators, EC2 software, and related NucMed products and services.
• Own full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing with emphasis on new business development.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity data in Salesforce to support territory reporting.
• Conduct in person and virtual visits to hospitals, imaging centers, and radiopharmacies in the territory.
• Partner with application specialists and service team to support product demonstrations and post-sale needs.
• Monitor competitive activity and share insights to guide pricing and positioning.
• Represent Capintec at regional trade shows and industry events within the Northwest.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the territory.
