Job summary
Stellantis NV is seeking a Government Fleet Regional Sales Manager to drive direct government and dealer sales for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram fleets in the Northwest region. The role requires developing strategies, supporting government fleet accounts, and partnering with dealers to secure commitments.
You will forecast, report on VCP initiatives, and travel up to 60% to build relationships and close high-value opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive fleet sales or automotive B2B.
- Knowledge or experience with dealership commercial or government fleet sales processes.
- Commercial or Government fleet vehicle product knowledge.
- Self-motivated with ability to overcome market challenges and exceed goals under minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- New business development experience.
- Excel in building positive working relationships.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Northwest Region (CA – Northern, ID, OR or WA).
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Sell to dealers and government entities to drive revenue and growth.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to hit targets.
- Support dealers with government fleet accounts and program updates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast volume and revenue.
- Travel as needed to cultivate relationships and close deals.
