Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management or business knowledge.
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure route work is efficient and cost effective.
• Performs NIM audit within 15 days of turnovers and provides feedback for improvements.
• Assists mechanics with jobs, troubleshoots, and provides on‑the‑job training.
• Uses accounting reports to review route profitability and report back to management.
• Participates in safety training and supports sales with scope and cost estimates.
