Job summary

TK Elevator in York, PA is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Service to oversee service operations on site, ensuring efficient, cost-effective performance and strong team support. You will audit installations, assist mechanics, review profitability, and maintain compliance with elevator codes.

Responsibilities include providing material estimates, safety training, and collaboration with sales and management to bid repair work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years’ branch management experience.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and variables.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and audit routes for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Perform NIM audits within 15 days of turnovers; identify issues and provide improvements.
• Assist mechanics with jobs and provide on-the-job training.
• Review route profitability using accounting reports and report to management.
• Participate in safety training.
• Provide input to sales on scope of work and material estimates for repairs.
