Greystar seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties within a designated region. You will lead property management teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive strategies to optimize returns for owners.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting on performance and market trends, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention through targeted initiatives. Strong leadership, analytics, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the portfolio and ensure operational, financial, and business performance goals.
• Collaborate with property management teams to meet targets.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leasing teams on marketing and occupancy strategies.
• Oversee maintenance programs and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks; stay current with regulations.
