Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Business Development Executive to act as the on-the-ground presence across continental Northern Europe, driving lead generation and nurturing opportunities in markets including France, Austria, Germany and Poland.

You will support underwriting with local insights, manage relationships with developers and agents, and help orchestrate tenders and proposals, all while aligning with the Head of Business Development, Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales in real estate or property management.
• Ability to build and progress client relationships across cultures.
• Fluent English and at least one additional regional language (German/ French/Polish).
• Numerate with an interest in underwriting and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads across continental Northern Europe (France, Austria, Germany and Poland).
• Act as in-market presence, building relationships with developers, agents and local stakeholders.
• Support underwriting with local market insight and market data.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Assist with tender responses and proposal development with local market knowledge.
