Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join the Insulfoam team in Northern California. This role is responsible for overall sales growth and profitability, managing key territory accounts, and pursuing new business opportunities within EPS/XPS foam insulation markets.

You will collaborate with Carlisle teams to win projects, present technical solutions to specifiers, contractors, and distributors, and drive territory development plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong knowledge of the commercial construction market.
• Strong understanding of EPS and XPS foam insulation product lines.
• Proven ability to develop and execute territory development plans.

Responsibilities

• Develops Territory Development Plan focused on key market segments and accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to contractors to position Carlisle as the supplier of choice and win bids.
• Delivers project-specific support to installers and specifiers to assure proper specification and delivery of systems.
• Performs technical sales presentations to specifiers, contractors, and distributors.
• Calls on new and existing distributors to establish channel partners and grow the territory.
• Plans daily, weekly, and monthly activities to ensure territory success.
• Supports strategic initiatives including new product developments and programs.
• Communicates territory activities to the regional sales manager.
• Performs regular reports and represents the company in professional organizations.
