Carlisle Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Insulfoam. This revenue-focused role manages quotes, follows up with customers, and supports the field sales team to drive incremental volume within the assigned region.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, timely follow-up, and close alignment with territory sales representatives, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, construction management or related field).
• Sales, inside sales, or commercial support experience in construction materials or related industry preferred.
• Experience owning quotes, customer follow up, or account responsibility strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotes for assigned accounts and complex quotes.
• Own defined house accounts and manage quoting, follow-up, and relationships.
• Conduct outbound calling to pursue new opportunities and generate incremental volume.
• Provide quoting and sales support to field reps to improve responsiveness and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide insight to pricing and planning.
