Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is seeking a General Manager to drive top-line revenue and operational excellence across the distribution location(s). You will lead sales, service, and installation teams, shape pricing and go-to-market strategies, and oversee budgets and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of leadership in sales and account management, P&L experience, and familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• At least 6 years of work experience leading teams, sales, and customer/account management.
• Hands-on P&L management, sales forecasting, and SAP/QuickBooks experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business operations through effective leadership of sales, service, and installation at the distribution location(s).
• Partner with the Commercial Regional GM to design and execute high-impact sales strategies for revenue growth.
• Own financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and maximizing profitability.
• Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and resolving escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive improvements.
• Lead all people operations and talent development in partnership with Corporate HR.
