Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations of our California distribution location. You will drive sales, service, and installation, oversee budgets, and design go-to-market strategies to grow revenue and profitability.

We value a Bachelor's degree in Business and at least six years of leadership experience with proven P&L accountability, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• At least 6 years of work experience in leading teams, sales, and customer/account management.
• Hands-on experience managing a P&L and driving forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business operations through effective leadership of sales, service, and installation at the distribution location(s)
• Partner with Commercial Regional GM to design and execute high-impact sales strategies
• Own financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and other financial reports
• Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and resolving escalations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement
• Lead all people operations and talent development with Corporate HR
• Partner with NA Operations to support parts and warehouse functions
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements
