Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Resident Project Representative to support its Water/Wastewater practice in the Northeast/New England region. The role requires travel across Massachusetts and Rhode Island; relocation to New England is welcomed.

This is not a remote position and candidates must be local or willing to relocate. The successful candidate will oversee project field activities, ensure contractor compliance with plans and permits, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of vertical construction/field observation experience.
• EIT/PE a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, PMs, Owner and contractor's superintendent.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Observes and reports on vertical construction projects including water and wastewater facilities.
• Monitors contractor adherence to standards, specs, design drawings, and permits.
• Reviews documents, submittals, RFIs, and coordinates review and recording as needed.
• Observes construction activities, tracks progress, and prepares progress reports.
• Monitors compliance with standards and specifications; photographs site work.
• Maintains field log of daily events and constructs daily records.
• Coordinates and schedules subconsultants as needed; communicates with all parties.
• Prepares written progress reports and assists with submittals and change orders.
