Job summary

NeuroPace, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager for the Northeast to supervise Therapy Consultants, FCEs, and regional specialists while achieving sales objectives.

The role reports to the National Sales Director and focuses on building territory performance, coaching teams, and coordinating with clinical and marketing functions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales leadership, strong communication and strategic planning skills, and willingness to travel up to 70% across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years in sales and sales management.
• 3 years direct management experience preferred.
• Neuromodulation experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional/territory sales performance.
• Manage quarterly implant quota and annual growth YOY.
• Oversee regional TCs, ATCs and FCEs to execute sales strategy.
• Collaborate with clinical trainers to develop processes.
• Hire, onboard, train and coach regional teams.
• Coordinate with marketing and field operations to drive referrals.
• Attend trade shows and support training programs.
• Drive new product sales and act as a field resource.
