Zusammenfassung

NeuroPace, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager for the Northeast to lead Therapy Consultants and Clinical Specialists, drive sales, and grow regional accounts. You will hire, train, and coach field teams, while aligning with marketing and clinical education to achieve regional goals.

The role requires 8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in neuromodulation or disruptive technologies, and willingness to travel extensively. Remote-friendly in the US.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting to physicians and executives.
• Proven track record in sales management with regional or multisite accountability.
• Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills; able to analyze regional potential.

Aufgaben

• Deliver regional sales performance and quota attainment.
• Manage territory growth and annual YOY expansion across TC territories.
• Provide direct oversight of regional teams and execute sales strategy.
• Train and coach TCs/FCEs; collaborate with Lead Clinical Trainers.
• Develop and monitor regional sales plans and marketing alignment.
• Participate in field rides and account planning to build physician relationships.
• Attend national/trade shows and support local events.
• Drive new product sales and support Marketing and Commercial Effectiveness teams.
• Travel up to 70%; adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic environment.
