The role requires 8–10 years in rental management with regional leadership experience, strong strategic, financial, and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• 8–10 years in rental industry management, with 5+ years in regional/general management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth.
• Strong leadership to mentor diverse teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and operational management.
• Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Data-driven decision making and process improvement.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 4–5 rental locations in the region.
• Develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Mentor staff and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive campaigns.
• Monitor P&L and report key metrics to senior management.
• Optimize logistics to maximize service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and customer service.
• Conduct regular audits of branches for quality and standards.
