• 10+ years of related experience leading teams to achieve market growth in environmental sector.
• Proven consulting industry leadership in client development and public sector environmental services.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing client growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Strong client service mindset with ability to understand client needs and decision-making structures.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Disciplined management approach with ability to define outcomes, set priorities, and strengthen processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for public sector clients aligned with company objectives and vision.
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing BD team with client management plans and large-account strategies.
• Lead development and implementation of strategic market and client plans leveraging public sector offerings.
• Recommend and implement sales strategies based on market research and regulatory drivers.
• Collaborate across the organization and manage budgets to achieve targeted cost of sales.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and client-centricity within the BD team.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
