Job summary

The Conrad Company, a fast-growing, family-owned business, seeks an Outside Sales Engineer for the Northeast Pennsylvania territory (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre). You will build and grow a book of business among active and potential customers, and collaborate with suppliers to expand PennAir provides automation, pneumatic, and hydraulic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background in industrial automation and/or fluid power.
• Familiarity with Acumatica ERP.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow an existing book of business in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre region.
• Develop new and existing customer relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
• Identify new customers through sales tools, research, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies and increase revenue.
• Negotiate and close deals via face-to-face and virtual sales calls.
• Strengthen supplier relationships through lead generation and trainings.
• Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay aligned with company initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with defined growth path.
