Job summary

AIG's Multinational Zone Northeast is seeking a Multinational Zonal Lead to drive strategy, performance and client service excellence for the U.S. Northeast portfolio.

You will lead a team of Multinational Client Executives and Coordinators, partner with product and distribution, and ensure end-to-end program design and execution to meet client expectations and business goals. The role focuses on expanding AIG Multinational's presence across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior client personnel, risk managers and board-level representatives.
• Proven ability to attract, engage and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead multinational client teams to deliver superior service and stakeholder experience.
• Promote and align value propositions with multinational segment across zones.
• Ensure design and execution of multinational programs with adherence to SLAs and guidelines.
• Expand presence across the U.S. market by coordinating with product and distribution.
• Represent the function at zonal management meetings and external events.
