is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Northeast region, partnering with Inside Sales and Operations to grow market share and profitability. You will manage key accounts, present solutions, and negotiate contracts for stainless and aluminum flat roll products. The role requires extensive sales experience, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience selling stainless/aluminum flat roll primarily slit coil and precision blanks.
• Two years of related sales experience with knowledge of business acumen sales techniques and marketing strategies.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization and to make effective presentations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth & Sustainment: Represents and sells stainless/aluminum flat roll within a sales territory and develops opportunities to increase market share.
• Services existing accounts including OEMs, contract metal stampers, contract roll formers, and service centers in coordination with Inside Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Quality departments.
• Sells products and solutions, makes presentations and proposals to new and existing clients with accountability to core profitability growth and product promotion.
• Negotiates price, inventory commitments, and contract/blanket order implementations in line with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to inform strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
