Job summary

A. M. Castle & Co. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth in the Northeast (CT, RI, ME, NH, Eastern NY) from Windsor, with a company car allowance and strong incentives. You will sell stainless and aluminum flat roll products and manage key accounts across a multi-department team.

The role emphasizes developing business plans, negotiating contracts, and expanding market share while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Travel is required within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience selling stainless/aluminum flat roll products (slit coil & precision blanks).
• At least 2 years in related sales with strong business acumen and marketing awareness.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain territory sales for stainless/aluminum flat roll products.
• Service existing accounts coordinating with Inside Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Quality.
• Prepare contracts/proposals and provide thorough call reporting to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer expectations and improve service levels.
• Forecast and analyze market conditions to guide sales objectives.
