Job summary

A. M. Castle & Co. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Southeast territory (TN, KY, GA, AL). The role focuses on selling stainless and aluminum flat roll products, growing existing accounts, and prospecting new opportunities to drive profitable growth.

You will coordinate with Inside Sales, Operations, and Quality, prepare contracts, and maintain thorough call reporting. Travel and relationship-building are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience selling stainless/aluminum flat roll and related products.
• Two years of related sales experience with business acumen and marketing know-how.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to present to clients and work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain territory revenue in TN/KY/GA/AL.
• Manage existing accounts and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Operations and Quality for customer service.
• Prepare sales contracts and proposals; document activity in the CRM.
