is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in stainless/aluminum flat roll markets across NJ/CT/NY/MA, including slit coil and precision blanks. You will manage existing accounts, develop opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to improve sales execution and customer satisfaction. Eligible candidates have strong sales experience, the ability to build relationships, and a track record of driving profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience selling stainless/aluminum flat roll
• Two years of related sales experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• PC literacy and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Territory growth and sustainment: identify, evaluate and develop opportunities to increase market share
• Manage existing accounts and coordinate with Inside Sales, Operations and Quality
• Present products and solutions to clients with a focus on profitability
• Negotiate price, inventory commitments and contract terms
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategy
• Coordinate inventory to support customer sales
• Participate in forecasting and market analysis
