Veolia Water Tech is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory water purification systems for customers across the Northeast region. You will work with Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver timely, high-quality service.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, plus willingness to travel extensively within the Northeast, including overnight trips.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent
• 2+ years field service experience installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple service calls and administrative tasks
• Valid driver's license with clean record and willingness to travel extensively

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, configure, and validate laboratory water purification systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibrations, software updates, and verification.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites.
• Replace defective components and perform corrective maintenance to restore equipment to specs.
• Generate quotes for repairs, PMs, and system upgrades.
• Train customers on proper system operation and maintenance procedures.
