Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Consultant Relationship Director to build and expand strategic relationships with health & benefits consultants and brokerage firms, driving awareness, credibility, and adoption of RxSS. Territory primarily covers the Northeastern U.S.; travel to offices and events is expected.

You will educate consultants, enable qualified employer opportunities for the RxSS Employer Sales team, and work with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to inform strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health & benefits consulting, brokerage, strategic account management, or business development.
• 7+ years of relative experience with national or large regional consulting organizations.
• Experience selling digital health, benefits, or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned health & benefits and pharmacy consultant firms.
• Educate consultants through in-person and virtual meetings, trainings, and events on RxSS value.
• Identify target employer prospects and facilitate introductions to the RxSS Employer Sales team.
• Represent RxSS at consultant meetings, vendor summits, and industry events to deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to assess pipeline health and align on account strategies.
• Track consultant engagement activity and outcomes in CRM systems.
