Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Consultant Relationship Director to build and expand strategic relationships with health & benefits consultants and brokers in the Northeastern U.S. This role focuses on education, trust-building, and positioning RxSS as a leader in pharmacy transparency within the consultant ecosystem.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to ensure consultant insights inform strategy, while cultivating access to employer opportunities for the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in health & benefits consulting, brokerage, or related fields.
• Experience engaging national or large regional consulting organizations.
• Strong ability to educate and influence consultant audiences.
• Experience with digital health or SaaS solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with health & benefits and pharmacy consulting firms
• Educate consultants through meetings, trainings, and events on the RxSS value proposition
• Collaborate with consultants to identify target employer prospects and facilitate introductions to the RxSS Employer Sales team
• Represent RxSS at consultant-hosted meetings and industry events to deepen relationships
• Gather and synthesize consultant feedback and market insights to inform sales strategy
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to address pipeline health and align on strategies
• Track engagement activity in CRM systems to support performance measurement
