Job summary

Aviva Investors is recruiting a Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with IFAs and strategic partners across the North of England, representing Aviva Investors’ investment capabilities to UK Wholesale intermediary clients and driving growth across tiers.

This home-based role involves travel to partner offices and close collaboration with Investments, Marketing, Wholesale, Client Services and MI to deliver joined-up solutions and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulated asset management products and services, with emphasis on Multi-Asset investments.
• Diploma/qualification in financial planning or equivalent (Level 4 Diploma/IMC).
• Solid understanding of the UK IFA landscape and an established network of contacts.
• Proven commercial sales acumen and ability to distil data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and develop relationships with key Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and Strategic Partners across the North of England.
• Sell Aviva Investors’ investment capabilities to UK Wholesale intermediary clients to drive AUM growth across tier one, two and three IFAs.
• Meet regional sales targets for Multi Asset Funds, MPS and single-asset capabilities through account planning and new business development.
