Arc Legal Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its network of insurer, MGA, and affinity partners. The role can be based remotely within the UK with regular travel to client meetings and visits to Colchester office.

You will drive new revenue by securing partnerships and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of winning new business in the insurance sector, with the ability to develop opportunities into long-term commercial

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across insurer, MGA, and affinity channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate partnership and revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across the insurance market.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from engagement to onboarding.
• Promote Arc Legal's ancillary insurance products and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
• Represent Arc Legal at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new partnerships.
• Contribute to Arc Legal Group's commercial growth objectives.
