Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher for the North Slope operations. The role coordinates, schedules, and tracks mobile equipment across maintenance, construction and logistics tasks in a remote Arctic environment.

The position features a remote/rotational schedule, with an 84-hour workweek and meals and lodging provided on location, plus transportation from Anchorage. Candidates should have heavy equipment experience and a valid CDL with Tanker/Haz-Mat endorsements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Haz-Mat endorsements.
• NSTC certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety and technical manuals and permits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and track mobile equipment and vehicle resources.
• Maintain communication with Client and crews via telephone and two-way radio.
• Promote safe work practices and implement safety policies.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to crew members.
• Provide timely feedback and ensure safety training compliance.
• Attend toolbox and safety meetings and report incidents promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement in work processes.
