Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Technical Leader for the North Region (US) to guide technical and maintenance support across multiple plastics manufacturing sites, focusing on reliability, uptime and operational consistency. You will provide hands-on guidance to operators and maintenance staff while partnering with site teams, vendors and field operations.

This remote role requires frequent travel (up to 100%) within the North region, with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in high-output plastics manufacturing with hydraulic and electrical equipment knowledge.
• 5–10 years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Frequent travel, up to 100%, across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support technical and maintenance teams across multiple sites
• Deliver hands-on training for operators and maintenance personnel
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues to drive continuous improvement
• Assist with maintenance budget management and cost-saving initiatives
• Establish strong vendor relationships for timely parts and services
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop emergency response plans for equipment failures
