Chemtrade is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Manager to lead multiple plants across a broad geography from a home-based Southeast US location. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and efficiency while guiding cost control and strategic capital spending.

Requirements include a 4-year technical degree, 10+ years in chemical manufacturing with management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and travel willingness (50%–90%).

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a 4-year technical degree; B.S. in Engineering (chemical or mechanical) preferred.
• 10+ years in chemical manufacturing with at least 5 years of management experience.
• MBA and multi-location management experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; safety and regulatory focus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee region-wide plant operations to meet safety, production, quality, and cost targets.
• Mentor plant managers, oversee capital projects, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics, engineering, and commercial teams across multiple sites.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor capex and operating spend.
• Lead EHS and Responsible Care initiatives across the region.
