Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Technical Leader for the North Region (US) to guide technical and maintenance support across multiple plastics manufacturing sites, focusing on reliability, uptime and operational consistency. You will provide hands-on guidance to operators and maintenance staff while partnering with site teams, vendors and field operations.

This remote role requires frequent travel (up to 100%) within the North region, with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in high-output plastics manufacturing with hydraulic and electrical equipment knowledge.
• 5–10 years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Frequent travel, up to 100%, across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support technical and maintenance teams across multiple sites

This role will lead technical and maintenance support across multiple manufacturing sites in the North region, with a focus on improving equipment reliability, uptime, and operational consistency. The leader will provide hands‑on guidance to operators and maintenance personnel while partnering closely with site teams, vendors, and field operations. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in active, travel‑heavy environments and can drive practical improvements across a multi‑site network.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
