Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Regional Technical Leader to support maintenance and technical resources across multiple sites in the region. You will lead a hands-on operations team, coach staff, and drive performance improvements on blow molding equipment including Uniloy, Bekum, Rocheleau, and others.

You will train operators and maintenance personnel, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, and build strong vendor relationships while actively engaging in plants to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in a high-output plastics manufacturing environment with hydraulics/electrical equipment
• Experience in leading maintenance teams across multiple sites
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to travel frequently to designated locations across the region

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and technical teams across multiple sites to improve performance
• Develop and deliver hands-on training for operators and maintenance personnel
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for equipment failures
• Manage safety, budget awareness, and vendor relations to reduce downtime
