Hi-Speed Industrial Service is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North Mississippi area. The role focuses on expanding the customer base for material handling and electro-mechanical equipment in industrial manufacturing environments, requiring at least 3 years of field sales success.

Travel, relationship selling, and CRM proficiency are essential. Located in the Tennessee/Arkansas area with a long-standing history since 1946, Hi-Speed values aggressive, goal-oriented sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' industrial sales experience.
• Proven track record in outside sales and customer service in direct or related business.
• Degree, training or certification in a technical field related to manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in project management or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must possess multitasking skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Extensive travel and some overnight stay required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to work with the Company's CRM.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and grow customer base in territory via structured, consistent calling into existing and new accounts.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and trades involved in delivery of product/service.
• Provide regular reporting to management on call activity, pipeline and goals.
• Drive communication of the order process between customer and home office.
• Negotiate quotes and monitor delivery of service from beginning to end.
