Job summary

SynergenX is seeking a North Houston Float Provider (PA/APN/APRN/FNP) to support clinics across Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park and Cypress. You will provide direct patient care, travel between locations, and work within established treatment protocols to maintain high-quality care across multiple teams.

The role requires DEA registration, PA or NP license, at least 1 year of practice, Saturday rotations, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required).
• Current DEA registration (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Availability for required Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
• Float between Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress locations as coverage is needed.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, operations, and management teams.
• Support wellness programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, and low libido.
• Provide coverage for provider PTO, scheduled absences, and other clinic staffing needs.
• Build strong relationships with multiple clinic teams while delivering a consistent patient experience.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and location assignments based on operational needs.
