SynergenX is seeking a North Houston Float Provider (PA/APN/APRN/FNP) to support clinics across Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park and Cypress. The role requires DEA registration, PA or NP license, at least 1 year of practice, Saturday rotations, and strong communication.
