SynergenX Health in Houston is seeking a Float Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) to support our North Houston clinics, covering Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress.

This full-time role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns, and collaborating with clinic directors and medical leadership to ensure a consistent standard of care. Weekend rotation is required; generous benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP with current DEA registration.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations.
• Availability for required Saturday rotation and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols.
• Float between Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress as coverage is needed.
• Develop treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, operations, and management teams.
• Support wellness programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, and low libido.
• Provide coverage for provider PTO, scheduled absences, and other staffing needs.
• Build relationships with multiple clinic teams while delivering a consistent patient experience.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling and location assignments based on operational needs.
