Job summary

SynergenX is seeking a North Houston Float Provider (PA/APRN) to support our North Houston clinics, including Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress. You will cover multiple locations based on scheduling and clinic needs while delivering high-quality patient care.

This full-time role requires DEA registration, 1 year of clinical practice, and ability to travel between sites. Expect 40-41 hours weekly, Saturday rotations, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP with DEA registration and active license.
• 1 year of clinical practice required.
• Willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Availability for Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established protocols.
• Float between Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, Cypress for coverage.
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, and operations teams.
• Support wellness programs including hormone therapy and related services.
• Provide coverage for PTO, and other staffing needs.
• Build strong relationships across clinic teams while ensuring a consistent patient experience.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility based on operational needs.
