Civil Science is seeking a highly experienced Survey Division Manager to lead and expand our survey program across North Dakota. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a licensed surveyor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client engagement, and team development.

You'll drive division strategy, oversee project delivery, and build strong relationships with public agencies while identifying new opportunities to stabilize and scale our presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience in surveying or similar professional services.
• Proven ability to secure revenue and grow client relationships in a regional market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the ND survey division and align with company goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the division.
• Oversee project delivery, quality control, risk management, and safety compliance.
• Mentor staff and develop talent through structured programs.
• Represent Civil Science in municipal, regional, and state forums and industry groups.
• Lead business development efforts and pursue strategic opportunities in North Dakota.
