Thriveworks is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate to expand access to behavioral healthcare by building referral partnerships and strengthening relationships with healthcare organizations. This remote, full-time role focuses on business development, relationship management, and territory strategy to drive growth and improve patient access.

The successful candidate will manage partner portfolios, educate stakeholders on Thriveworks services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.

Responsabilités

• Grow referral partnerships by managing a portfolio of healthcare partners and sources to increase referrals and new client visits.
• Develop strategies to grow existing partnerships and build new referral relationships.
• Identify high-potential providers, practices, and healthcare organizations within assigned markets.
• Use referral and account data to prioritize outreach and re-engage declining or inactive partners.
• Develop relationships with physicians, APPs, practice managers, referral coordinators, and other healthcare stakeholders.
