• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred; able to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow referral partnerships and manage a portfolio of healthcare partners.
• Develop strategies to expand existing partnerships and identify new ones.
• Educate partners on Thriveworks services, referral pathways, and locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve the referral experience and adoption of tools.
