Job summary

ITG Brands in Georgia seeks a results‑driven sales leader to manage growth strategies and supervise field reps within the division. You will pursue partnerships, deepen relationships, and coordinate activities to maximize sales and profitability.

You will coach representatives, foster a positive team environment, and drive execution of selling plans. Strong retailer engagement and cross‑functional collaboration are essential to achieve priorities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years related sales experience.
• Experience driving sales performance in a team environment.
• Business‑to‑business account selling experience.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales growth strategies for the assigned division.
• Develop short and long‑range plans; pursue key customer partnerships.
• Direct planning and coordination of sales activities to maximize volume.
• Coach Sales Representatives to improve skills and performance.
• Maintain retailer engagement and develop selling plans across categories.
• Collaborate with HR for personnel decisions and ensure KPI goals are met.
