Baringa, a global consulting firm, seeks an experienced Manager for its Energy Products practice in North America. You will develop power market outlooks, lead modeling workstreams, and translate complex results into client-ready insights.

You will collaborate with leadership to define analytical approaches, enhance systems, and support market decisions for policymakers, investors, and energy companies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in power market modeling, production cost modeling, or energy analytics.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale power markets and fundamentals.
• Experience leading analytical investigations and QA/QC reviews.
• Experience modeling North American power markets (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, CAISO).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain North American power market outlooks with data-driven insights.
• Lead power market modeling workstreams, including scenario design and QA.
• Define analytical approaches and translate client needs into workplans.
• Build and maintain modeling datasets, workflows, and automation.
• Analyze market fundamentals, policy impacts, and investment implications.
• Convert modeling outputs into client-ready presentations and reports.
• Present findings to clients, senior stakeholders, and leadership.
• Contribute to global Energy Products offerings and tools.
