- Experience across energy & resources strategic issues, cross value chain insight, oil & gas preferred.
- Strong management or strategy consulting background with complex engagements.
- Proven ability to lead engagements, structure problems, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Strategy – portfolio strategy, operating model and strategic planning.
- Growth Strategy – market entry, new business development and adjacency strategies.
- Mergers & Acquisitions – strategic assessment, due diligence and value creation.
- Post-Merger Integration – integration strategy and synergy execution.
- Commercial & Trading Strategy – commodity markets and value-chain optimization.
- Finance & Risk – financial performance, risk management, and capital allocation.
