Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water Treatment Sector Leader to guide technical delivery and growth across North America. You will lead a community of practice, attract talent, and drive innovation while leveraging sector knowledge to win pursuits and deliver high-quality solutions.

You will collaborate with leadership to align strategy, brand, and client engagement, traveling as needed to pursue opportunities and strengthen the sector's presence across North America and globally.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience leading technical delivery for water treatment projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field, from an accredited institution. Master’s or PhD degree, preferred.
• Professional licensure or willing to obtain licensure within one year in state of residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of exceptional water sector professionals across career levels and geographies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow our technical capabilities and differentiate Stantec in the market.
• Engage with key clients, support business development, and advance proposals with winning technical approaches.
