Stantec is seeking a Water Treatment Sector Leader to guide technical excellence and growth across North America. You will lead a community of practice, mentor top talent, and shape strategy with a voice in industry leadership and client engagements.

You will drive knowledge transfer, develop differentiators for water treatment pursuits, and connect regions to pursue shared opportunities. опыт leadership and travel across North America are expected.

Formación

• 20 years of experience leading technical delivery for water treatment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Professional licensure or willingness to obtain licensure within one year in state of residency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a community of practice that shares knowledge and leverages experts to position and win in the sector.
• Strategically grow our technical capabilities and people resources to meet client needs.
• Support business development and growth by engaging with key clients and pursuing opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to regional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
