Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water Treatment Sector Leader to guide technical delivery and growth across North America. You will lead a distributed team, mentor talent, and shape sector strategy while engaging key clients and advancing innovative water treatment solutions.

Located in North America with travel across the region, you will collaborate across disciplines, foster knowledge transfer, and strengthen Stantec’s brand in water infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience leading technical delivery for water treatment projects (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Professional licensure or willing to obtain licensure within one year in state of residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across regional leaders and technical personnel.
• Lead strategy to grow sector capabilities and differentiate Stantec in the market.
• Develop relationships with key clients, engage in pursuits, and contribute to business development.
