Job summary

Alpha Global Search LLC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Performance Polymers to drive growth in North America. The role blends technical sales, application support, account development, and new business development, working closely with customers to translate requirements into product solutions.

You’ll support product evaluations, commercialization, and field activities while building a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field required.
Master's degree or PhD preferred.
Strong knowledge of thermoplastic materials, processing, and end-use applications.
Experience in technical sales or business development in the thermoplastics industry.
Ability to translate customer specs into material solutions.
Proven CRM and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
Serve as key technical and commercial contact for customers across North America.
Understand customer applications, specs, processing requirements, and business needs; recommend solutions.
Provide technical product and application support with R&D and labs.
Support customer product trials, testing, qualifications, and commercialization.
Identify new customers, applications, markets, and growth opportunities.
