Job summary

You will translate customer challenges in comminution into engineered, value-driven solutions to improve performance and reduce operating costs. You will lead Product Design, New Product Development, Materials Engineering, and Mineral Process Engineering, collaborating with Sales, R&D, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in mining ops, mining equipment, or mineral processing.
• Experience leading technical or product development teams.
• Proven ability to translate customer challenges into engineered solutions.
• Knowledge of comminution and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American technical strategy.
• Identify market opportunities with Sales and Product Management.
• Lead Product Design and New Product Development teams.
• Translate customer needs into engineered solutions and specifications.
• Collaborate with Global Simulation Center and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
